Better Watch Out! – Christmas 2013

xmas131  It comes but once a year, but it seems like it just happened.  What must Santa think, at his advanced age?  Not that I need any special excuse to play Christmas tunes during the year and, in fact, have been known to sing Jingle Bells while washing the dishes.  Some mornings, in the middle of summer, I wake up singing, You better watch out, you better not…  Is it just me or is it the incredible power of these melodies?

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…  I’ve said that in July and I can’t explain it.  But, right now, it really is cold and it is the Christmas season, so let’s dust off the discs and break into song, the songs that occupy a special place in our memories.  Memories of the past and memories yet to come.
